Intelligence Methodology

MidEast Intel employs a rigorous 6-layer verification pipeline to ensure every published report meets professional intelligence standards.

The Pipeline

1. Ingestion — Raw intelligence from 22+ Telegram channels across the region, covering wire services, state media, independent outlets, and military commentators.
2. Classification — AI-powered analysis scores each item for signal strength (0-100), categorizes by event type, severity, and region.
3. Verification — Cross-referencing against known sources, checking for propaganda markers, assessing source credibility and historical accuracy.
4. Cross-Source Confirmation — Independent editorial groups are checked for corroboration. Sources within the same media conglomerate (e.g., Al Arabiya and Sky News Arabia under MBC) are counted as a single source to prevent echo-chamber effects.
5. Predictive Analysis — AI models assess escalation risk, identify key actors, and generate probability-weighted forecasts.
6. Publication — Final article with confidence rating, source attribution, and predictive outlook.

Confidence Ratings

Every report carries a confidence score from 0-100%:

• 75-100% — High confidence: multiple independent sources confirm
• 50-74% — Medium confidence: credible source, partial corroboration
• Below 50% — Items below this threshold are not published
